Pilar holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration with a major in Finance from the Comillas Universidad Pontificia, ICADE E-2. She specialized in fixed income markets at IEB. Pilar has participated in programs such as the “Pioneer Investment Knowledge Lab” at the IE Business School and she took part in the Alliance Bernstein “ESG Course – Climate Change and Investment Academy” in collaboration with Columbia University’s Earth Institute. She has also collaborated with various publications such as Funds People, Citywire and Expansión.

Prior to joining Consilio, she spent most of her professional career as part of the Investment Research team at Allfunds, where she became Head of Fixed Income Fund Analysis and Selection, also in charge of selecting credit managers for the range of management mandates in institutional clients. Previously, Pilar was an equity fund analyst at the same firm. Prior to joining Allfunds, she worked as an equity analyst at Banco Banif, the Santander Group’s private banking subsidiary.

Pilar is married and has two children.
